HOW TO...RASPBERRIES & OLDIES:

Berries tend to be rich in nutrients but low in sugar.  They've high levels of anti-ageing antioxidants and fibre.  And they look and taste so lovely - all juicy, slightly crunchy and sweet.

67's favourite is raspberries.  

Raspberries are a boon for oldies.  They're the lowest in sugar of all berries; its high levels of Vitamin C promote skin health and collagen production.  There's some evidence raspberries reduce the amount of insulin need to manage blood sugar in people at risk of diabetes.  And they might even sharpen the brain and memory.  

No wonder raspberries are one of the most consumed berries in the world and are known as 'nature's candy'.
