Pre-diabetic/Weight Loss programme 15

Back on the campaign trail with plenty of walking, carrying, bending and reaching leading to increased carb and protein intake. 

But the arrival of June means gorgeous salads and lots of vegetables, cooked and raw.  Loving fruit & vegetable combos in smoothies, main courses and sides.   

Intake of sweets now confined to once a week.
