Prepare ahead, bake in oven; lots of leftovers for another meal
One stop slow-roasted belly pork: prepare a day ahead; everything goes in the oven at different times and basically cooks itself. M&S has a special on belly pork roasts, £8.75 per kilo; most belly roasts are £6. If you want to invest in a pork joint at a tenner for a kilo, go for it.
