PD/WLP (Pre-diabetic/Weight Loss) Week 8: Report

Taking a break to work on a food plan which:

  • reduces carbs
  • reduces reliance on animal proteins
  • keeps mind and body in good nick ie doesn't lead to dizzziness or lack of concentration
  • does not need snacks to keep the body going between meals
  • works on a limited budget

 

Back in a fortnight.
